Yes, a deposit is required to initiate the production of any customized order.

Every product has a different lead time, kindly refer to the product detail page for more details on the lead time.
Absolutely, we can make customized samples for an additional fee, depending on the product. We also make pre-production samples as part of our production process, nothing is produced without your green light!
Of course we do. We handle all aspects of logistics to ensure you get the goods wherever you need them.
Sustainability is at the core of our business, everything we produce is made from recyclable, biodegradable or compostable materials. We will give you the full details on what material is used for your packaging and its sustainability profile.
We sure can. We currently offer storage and distribution services in UAE.
As part of our commitment to fulfill any order within 48 hours, cancelling or changing an order may not always be possible. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we would be able to either cancel or change it. Please contact us directly in order to process your request as quickly as possible.
The more the merrier. There is no minimum or maximum order limit. As long as we have stock, we can deliver any quantity.
For orders of 50 boxes per item or more, we can ship anywhere.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are delivered next day if received by 3PM. Orders received after the cutoff time, will be delivered within 2 days.
Shipping is free for orders above AED 300. We charge a flat shipping fee of AED 35 for order below AED 300. For bulk international orders, please contact us directly to give you the shipping charges.
Orders can be collected from our warehouse in Dubai upon receiving prior notice.
We accept returns if the products are faulty, damaged or unopened. Please contact us directly to process your return.
We try to ensure that all items delivered are in mint condition, however there could be incidents beyond our control. If in any case your items are damaged, please contact us directly to process an exchange or a refund.
